When I began my career, my ambitious nature had overtaken my capacity. I had developed great ideas but lacked the ability to strategically carry out these ideas in an efficient impactful way. I needed solutions to the problems I was facing while leading these organizations to implement the ideas we've come up with. I knew what needed to be done but lacked the tools to get the organizations there.
I sought out training and tools to assist with the barriers I faced with program delivery and leading organizational goals. I learned how to tell my organization's story in a way that showed our impact and ability to create change. I learned how to strategically manage programs and projects and align all organizational efforts to our mission, vision, and values. Along my journey, I've shared what I've learned with others and have assisted with transforming other organizations. I needed a space to share my knowledge and expertise, so Global Grassroots Solutions, LLC was created.
As the founder of Global Grassroots Solutions, LLC, I understand the challenges that come with navigating the complexities of consulting. That's why I emphasize collaboration, transparency and communication as key values in my practice. With every project I take on, I strive to develop solutions that are both innovative and practical. When working with me, you can count on me to be in constant communication with you, and to provide constant updates on the progress of your project.

Grant Writer, Project Manager, Strategic Thinker
Paris earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University. She is also a trained project management professional through the globally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI). I am a country girl from Williamsburg County, SC and understand the importance of tailoring your strategic plan, project/program plan, or grant proposal to meet your organization's unique needs.
I’ve been transforming organizations for close to 10 years. I believe in maximizing and highlighting your organization's strengths, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving to provide sustainable solutions. When you work with me, you should expect a collaboration with transparency and consistency.
